*from a non Christian's perspective*

"If God is such a loving God, then why does he let bad things happen to good people?

where is he when *insert name here* is dying"

How come when we pray to God for rain it doesnt come?

The basic answer to those questions is: You tell God to get lost, and Has "done" that... For example: Australia as a nation has basically gone against God and ridded of Him. So he will stop His blessings (water). Where is He where *insert name here* is dying? He's there, but the person probably has rebuked him on many an occasion and wanted nothing to do with Him and If God is such a loving God, then why does he let bad things happen to good people? He doesn't let them happen. We let them happen. The laws are there (the Bible) it's your decision to obey them. For example: there are laws that govern us on the roads, if we go 100km/h in a 60 km/h zone and crash. Who's fault is it? The driver or the law?

..there you go

"the sun shines on the righteous and the unrighteous"

for rain, no wilkins. australia's rejection has nothing to do with it.

"all things exist for the glory of The Lord"

god will be glorified through this; god may be glorified in everything. in goliath, god was glorified. in hitler, god was glorified. in stalin, god was glorified. in the collisaeum, god was glorified. in the crucifixion and triumphal resurrection of christ, god was glorified.

now, in a piddly little drought, god will be glorified.

Actually it does.

There's a spiritual drought in this country and what happens in the natural occurs in the spiritual and so forth.
