Well. A number of people were affected by the (now deleted)article "asplode", and it's responses. My father has talked to me about this, and I've given the issue a deal of thought. If I had gone through with my intended actions, I would have put myself and anyone else present in a great deal of danger.
I've had a history of doing stupid, irresponsible, and frequently illegal stuff, and I don't really have any basis for defending myself on any of the charges against me. Maybe I don't have a defence, but I have remorse. Time and time again I've acknowledged the need to change my behaviour, eliminating from my lifestyle illegal or violent tendencies one by one. To understand the importance I place of this, my main reason for these changes in my behaviour has always been spiritual, I believe that my past actions were against God's will and I cannot stress enough how strongly I feel about this.
I've chosen to take this issue as a wakeup call.
I agree with and accept any punitive or legal action that may follow this, and in closing, I sincerely apologise to the people affected by this issue, and their families.
for robert especially, i'd appreciate it if you let your parents see this. adam or chris, i'd appreciate it if this was locked ASAP. |
